Chinese Evergreen

I saw this plant at my friend’s house and was instantly fascinated by it. I originally thought it was fake as the colours didn’t seem real. I knew I had to paint it so they sent me lots of photos with great light I started. I really wanted to make it stand out so I used the strong blue background to bring out the colours of the plant.
