This was a commission for my mum’s friends’ husband who loves climbing. He has achieved some big climbs but is yet to climb Mont Blanc but wants to. Hopefully this painting will be motivation before the climb and a constant reminder of the achievement once he has climbed it as well as reminding them of the view from their house in Chamonix.
